G88262068, registered office at C/ Velázquez 140, Bajo Izquierda, 28006 Madrid, and entered in the Register of Foundations under number 2194, hereby informs, through this Cookie Policy, about the cookies used on its website https://kennedyhumanrightsspain.org (hereinafter, the “Website”), in compliance with the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and in accordance with the Guidelines on the use of cookies of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small data file that is downloaded and stored on the user's computer or device when accessing certain web pages, and that allows information about the browsing carried out from that device to be stored and retrieved. Management and revocation of consent
The user may accept, reject, configure or revoke at any time the consent given for the use of cookies, as easily as it was granted, through the cookie settings panel of the Website (cookie settings), also accessible from the footer. From that panel it is possible to enable or disable the analytics and third-party content categories in a granular manner; technical or necessary cookies cannot be disabled as they are essential for the operation of the Website.
Until you give your consent, neither the analytics nor the embedded third-party content (Google maps and YouTube videos) are loaded, so those services do not set any cookies on your device.
