The President of the RFK Spain Foundation, María Díaz de la Cebosa, hosted Kerry Kennedy, President of the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Foundation, at her lecture on Human Rights delivered at CIS University.

Students from Colegio Brains, Colegio Internacional de Aravaca and St. Anne's School took part in the talk, along with students from CIS University, all of them members of the "Speak Truth to Power" human rights education program.

Also able to attend were the students of the Go American English program, run by the International Studies Foundation, and a group of Ukrainian refugee families in Madrid, through the NGO "Cruzada por los niños."

Before the audience, Kerry Kennedy looked back on her more than 40 years of political activism in favor of human rights, in countries as diverse as South Africa, Vietnam and Mexico. In her keynote lecture, the President of the Robert F. Kennedy Foundation reviewed the characteristics shared by history's great social leaders, and encouraged the audience to take individual actions that help change the world: "It is enough to feel outraged, make a decision, stand up and defend the truth."
