The Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Spain Foundation took part in the international "Talent and Merit" gathering, organized by the Association of Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals of Bizkaia Mujer Siglo XXI at the Edificio Ensanche in Bilbao.

The event marked the launch of the association's first mentoring program, an eight-month initiative designed to connect women with established careers with young women professionals from Bizkaia. Throughout the gathering, the participants shared experiences, challenges and lessons learned in a participatory and intergenerational format.

The president of RFK Spain, María Díaz de la Cebosa, spoke during the opening with remarks focused on the value of leadership, equal opportunities and the importance of supporting new generations in building fairer and more inclusive societies.

At RFK Spain we thank Mujer Siglo XXI and its president, Carmen Miral, for the invitation to be part of an event that highlights the talent, merit and commitment of women as a driving force for social transformation.
