The Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Spain Foundation and Afundación will collaborate on human rights programs.

The Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Spain Foundation has just signed a collaboration protocol with Afundación at its headquarters in A Coruña.

Miguel Ángel Escotet, president of Afundación, and María Díaz de la Cebosa, President of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Spain, have sealed a collaboration agreement so that both organizations can establish a joint framework to facilitate the delivery of human rights awareness programs.

Both Afundación, as the social welfare arm of Abanca, and RFK Human Rights Spain advocate for a better and broader understanding of human rights in order to achieve more just societies.

The programs to be carried out will be based on values education, social empowerment and internalization.

The aim is to organize workshops, conferences, courses and specific awards to encourage and recognize work in defense of human rights, always from an international perspective that fosters new approaches and proposals.

The agreement was covered by the various media outlets of the Galician community.
